All Carousell Property accounts come with a quota of 20 free listings, which allows you to list up to 20 properties for free. Should you exceed the quota, you will be required to use 1,000 Carousell coins (SGD$10 equivalent) to post any additional property listing.
To check your current available quota, simply head to your profile page within the app and click “About”:

- When will my 20 listing quota be credited?
Listing quota will be credited every 30 days from the date of your subscription - Does deleting a listing reinstate a listing quota?
No. - Does renewing a listing deduct from my listing quota?
Yes. - Are my listing quota cumulative?
No. Listing quota will not be carried forward to the following month should you not utilise them. For e.g. if you have 15 listing quota left in month one, you will NOT get 35 listing quota in month two. Your listing quota will be refreshed to 20 in month two once again. - What happens if I run out of listing quota and need to post a listing any way?
Any additional listing that needs to be posted after quota has been fully utilised will require 1,000 Carousell coins (SGD$10 equivalent). - How can I purchase Carousell Coins?
Simply tap on the ‘Coins’ icon (as indicated in the screenshot below)
and you will be sent to a screen where you can choose the Carousell coins bundle to purchase. Do remember to contact your Account Managers to check on the latest deals or promotions that we might be offering though! - How long will a listing be ‘live’ for when they are listed?
60 days - Is there a way to renew my listing prior to them expiring?
Yes. You can choose to bump your listing. By bumping a listing, it automatically gets renewed for another 60 days. Renewing a listing in this manner does not deduct from your listing quota. - I have more questions. Who can I contact?
