We calculated the average (median) prices of HDB flats over the last 3 months, and the price difference over the span of 1 year, in each neighborhood in Singapore. Because we wanted to know where the big bucks are at 😉
We’ve got some big winners – 3-room HDB flats in Pasir Ris saw a $82,500 price increase from the year before, for instance – while HDB flats in some other neighborhoods dipped in value.
In general, though, HDB reported that resale flat prices remained relatively stable throughout the year.
