The first half of 2020’s been a weird one for homeowners and homeowners-to-be.
The May 2020 BTO launch was deferred and will be merged with the upcoming August 2020 BTO launch instead. Home works had to be put on hold. And if you were midway through your house-hunting plans, you’d probably know that physical home viewings weren’t allowed during the Circuit Breaker period either – although many agents and homeowners were doing innovative virtual tours instead.
Now that things are gradually getting back to the new normal in Phase 2, property viewings, renovation works and home services are all back on track. P.S. Fun fact: Ever since Phase 2 began, there’s been an instant 29.16% increase in the number of enquiries on properties on Carousell!
