Thinking of selling or buying a HDB resale flat?
Check out the HDB median resale prices for the last quarter of the year below, and whether the prices have risen or fell from Q3.
HDB Median Resale Price for Q4 (2018)
Some fun facts…
- HDB reported an overall dip in resale prices over the past quarter. OrangeTee & Tie head of research Christine Sun suggested this might be because of increased supply, with new HDB flats reaching their Minimum Occupancy Period (MOP). Which is why districts with recent surges in the supply of BTO flats, such as Punggol and Sengkang, saw the biggest drops in HDB resale median prices.
- Somewhere in the city fringe, a HDB resident’s home is worth almost a million! Take for instance executive HDB flats in Bishan, Bukit Timah and Queenstown, worth $990,099, $977,972 and $975,000 respectively.
